l'appartamento si trova a boccadasse, a due passi dal mare. e' un appartamento luminoso e ben esposto che si affaccia su tre direzioni (est, sud e ovest). e'composto da ingresso, quattro grandi camere singole, salottino, cucina abitabile, due bagni e tre dispense. il bagno più grande è una bella stanza spaziosa e luminosa

con vasca/doccia, l'altro è piccolo, con wc, lavandino e stenditoio. la cucina è dotata di cucina a gas con forno, congelatore (oltre al frigorifero con freezer), lavatrice, attacco per la televisione e un bel balcone lungo che si affaccia sul giardino condominiale. il salottino è attrezzato per poter guardare la televisione

o chiacchierare su comode poltrone. le camere hanno vista aperta e molto piacevole. tre delle quattro camere sono già affittate.
la stanza singola libera è esposta a levante e ha una grande finestra con vista mare in lontananza. si tratta di una stanza grande (13.50 mq), arredata con armadio doppia stagione, libreria,

scrivania, letto singolo con comodino e poltrona. essendo la libreria a muro, la stanza rimane molto spaziosa e non sovraccarica di mobili.
l'appartamento, che è al terzo piano di una palazzina signorile con giardino condominiale d'accesso, è molto tranquillo perché si trova in una strada laterale, ma è comodissimo

per negozi, supermercati, discount e mezzi. tre autobus diretti verso il centro passano nelle vicinanze e la stazione di sturla dista 10 minuti a piedi. la pittoresca spiaggetta di boccadasse e la passeggiata a mare di corso italia sono vicinissime. impianti sportivi nelle vicinanze.

i have a room to offer you in a very nice flat. it is situated near the sea: sea-view from your window and 5 minutes on foot to get to genoa's sea promenade, corso italia, and to the picturesque boccadasse beach, one of genoa's highlights.

it is not far from the centre: three buses pass nearby and take you

up to town in about 15 minutes, along relatively traffic-free streets.

the flat is very silent because it is on a short secondary street, but very convenient for buses and supermarkets, which are at three minutes walk, in the main street.

the area is one of genoa's best residential areas, so you

can go about in the evening with no fear of nasty encounters: usually boccadasse is full of young people going there for an icecream after supper or for an aperitif. there is also a nice place where you can buy the typical genoese "focaccia con il formaggio", which you must surely taste while you are here.

the

flat has four single rooms, a kitchen, a lounge and two bathrooms, which is very convenient if there are four people living in the flat.

the other tenants are all university students. there are no animals in the flat and smoking is only allowed on the kitchen balcony.

the room i am offering you is

a large room (14mq), with a wardrobe, bookcase, large table, armchair and single bed with night-table. the room is very bright because it has a large window facing east.

the advantages of the flat are the lovely position, from where you can easily walk to the sea front or go and sit on the beach. there are

also buses passing in the main street which take you to the riviera, the long road along the sea full of lovely sea-side resorts and where there is an ample choice of beaches if you want to bathe.

the flat is ideal for a stay in genoa, both if you are coming to visit the town or if you wish to enjoy genoa's

splendid position on the sea during your stay here.
